    Ongoing support for your business

    Government Relations
    Services in Saudi Arabia.

Help with employee visas, iqamas, company renewals and government platforms. DuVolks helps you understand what is needed, prepares the agreed work and follows up with you.

Also known as GRO / PRO services. Clear scope. Agreed responsibilities.

A continuous ivory paper fold with a bright lime interior and connected points.

01 / Start with the work

    A request. A renewal. A working routine.

You do not need to know the portal name. Start with what needs attention and any important date.

01An employee needs helpJoining, renewing documents, travelling or leaving.

Support can include employee transfers, work permits, iqama renewals, exit/re-entry requests and final exits.

Start with: the request, the relevant date and who in your company can approve it. We explain the documents and payments needed before proceeding.

The exact steps depend on the employee’s situation and the relevant authority.

02A company record needs attentionKeeping registrations, addresses and account details in order.

We help with agreed recurring company-record work, renewal follow-up and government-account updates.

Start with: the record or notice you received and its deadline. New licences, ownership changes and structural changes may need a separate scope.

03The monthly work needs a routinePayroll-platform tasks, records and upcoming dates.

Agreed support can include wage-protection work, social-insurance record checks and a review of upcoming expiries.

Your part: provide accurate information, arrange payments and approve the work on time. We coordinate the agreed platform tasks and follow-up.

04We need help managing the government workA new company, a handover or support for your existing team.

We review open requests, current records, upcoming dates and the access needed to work on your behalf. As Connect rolls out, we also agree who in your team receives access and responds to requests.

Already have a government-relations or HR team? We can agree a clear split of responsibilities so requests do not fall between two teams.

    Prepare for the handover

    Two ways the work starts

    We watch the agreed dates
Upcoming renewals and recurring obligations are reviewed so the next action can be raised.
    You ask for something new
A hire, a transfer or a travel request starts when your team tells us what is needed.

    What is—and is not—included

The agreement lists your included routine work. Official charges, portal subscriptions and separately quoted specialist work are not the monthly service fee.

    Examples of separately quoted work

New investment or municipal licences, company-ownership or constitutional-document changes, trademarks and bank-account opening need their own assessment and agreed scope.

Do not assume every licence service is excluded. We check the particular request against your agreement before quoting.

GRO means Government Relations Officer. You may also hear “PRO services”: support with your company’s government procedures.

    Client story / Regional headquarters

    Bringing an RHQ’s workforce together

DuVolks helped a regional headquarters transfer employees from different distributors into its own entity. We incorporated additional terms into Qiwa contracts, recorded each employee’s previous service entitlement and aligned GOSI, Mudad and related records.

After providing ongoing GRO support, we handed over records, portal access and pending tasks to the in-house HR team. We remain available when needed.

Client and company names withheld for confidentiality.

    03 / Know the platforms

    The platforms behind your business.

Different tasks use different systems. You do not need to learn them all before asking for help.

    01 / Employment

    Qiwa

    Employee transfers and employment services.

    What this means for you

Hiring someone who already works in Saudi Arabia? An employee-transfer request may be part of the process.

    02 / Residency & travel

    Muqeem

Iqama and visa services for your employees.

    What this means for you

An iqama renewal or an employee’s exit/re-entry visa can involve Muqeem.

Tell us the need and the date. We check the records, approvals and payments required for the agreed request.

    About Muqeem

    03 / Social insurance

    GOSI

    Employee registration and social-insurance records.

    What this means for you

When employees join, leave or their wages change, their social-insurance records may need updating.

Your company provides accurate details. We help with the record work included in your agreement.

What about company records and licences?

Company records, investment matters and municipal licences can involve other official platforms. Tell us which record or notice needs attention; we will identify the relevant system and check what your agreement covers.

New licences, ownership changes and specialist work may need a separate assessment and quote.

    Official charges kept separate.

    What the service fee includes

    • The routine employee and company work listed in your agreement.
    • A responsible service team and agreed follow-up.
    • Agreed renewal monitoring and reporting, with Connect access introduced through the confirmed client rollout.
    • No separate per-transaction service charge for reasonably needed work within that included scope.
    What you pay separately

Government charges, government-platform subscriptions and third-party services are separate. Specialist work outside the included scope is quoted before it starts.

You normally pay official charges directly. We explain the relevant payment steps.

What if our employee count changes?

This estimate is for a new proposal. An existing contract is not automatically recalculated each month. Fee reviews follow the agreed renewal and headcount-change terms.

New-client estimate: SAR 1,000/month for up to five employees, plus SAR 100 for each additional employee up to twenty. All figures are before VAT unless labelled otherwise. Teams above twenty, multiple entities and complex requirements need a tailored quote. The initial agreement is 12 months. Monthly billing is a payment option, not a month-to-month contract.

This is an indication, not a quotation or a total operating budget. Scope, headcount reviews, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in the agreed proposal.

Request shows the actual app in development. Your action and Update are illustrations with sample text, not live app screens. No client data is shown. These controls change the preview only; app access is subject to rollout.

What about documents, reports and renewal visibility?

These are part of the Connect experience being developed. Document access, reports and renewal information will be introduced as the relevant features are completed and tested.

We will confirm what you can use when access is arranged. Until then, agree with your DuVolks contact how documents, reports and urgent updates will be shared.

06 / Make the first conversation useful

Your service handover · four starting points

What should we look at first?

Do not write passwords or verification codes here. Access is agreed separately through the appropriate authorised process.

    Before you begin

    A few useful answers.

If your situation is different, tell us. The scope should fit the work your business actually needs.

Can I use the Connect app now?

The client app is in development and is being prepared for rollout. We will confirm access, onboarding and the features available for your service before you rely on it for your requests.

Your agreed contact with the DuVolks team remains important, especially for urgent requests.

Does Connect replace Qiwa, Muqeem or other official platforms?

No. Official transactions still use the relevant platforms. DuVolks handles the agreed support, while Connect is being developed to help you follow requests and respond to the team. It is not a government portal or a promise of automatic integration.

Can you work alongside our own GRO or HR team?

Yes. We agree which requests we handle, who approves them and how updates reach your team. The aim is a clear division of work—not two people doing the same task.

Can we start with an urgent request?

Tell us what is needed and the deadline. We check the records, access, payments and approvals required before confirming what we can do. An urgent request does not remove government requirements or guarantee completion.

Are Qiwa, Muqeem and Mudad subscriptions included?

No. The monthly DuVolks service fee pays for the agreed work. Government-platform subscriptions and official transaction charges are separate. We identify relevant costs for your scope.

Will you need access or approvals from us?

Yes, depending on the request and the platform. We agree the appropriate access and authorised contact. Your approval or verification may be needed before a step can proceed.

Does a fast response mean the work is completed?

No. A response confirms attention to your request. Submission and completion also depend on documents, approvals, fees and the authority’s processing. We explain the relevant status and what happens next.

Can you help if the company has just been registered?

Yes. We can review its operating needs, pending account work and upcoming obligations. If you are still forming the company, start with our Business Setup guide.
