This website is operated by Duvolks Company in Saudi Arabia, at the contact address in the Privacy policy. It introduces our services and provides guides, selected updates and planning tools. These terms do not replace a separately agreed client engagement or the terms of a linked platform.

Guides, updates and tools

Compass content is general information to help you explore a business decision. It is not an authority's decision, personalised legal or tax advice, or a guarantee of an application's approval.

Requirements, rules and fees can change. Check each page's scope, assumptions, dates and official sources. Estimates are not DuVolks quotations and may exclude taxes, quote-based items or other charges identified by the tool. Nitaqat estimates do not confirm an official Qiwa activity or band.

Use accurate inputs, review your results and seek advice appropriate to the decision. We may correct, update or withdraw content. Continuous availability and universal completeness are not promised.

Enquiries and paid services

A submission, download, discovery call or calculator result does not itself create a paid engagement, authorise work or guarantee acceptance of a client.

Links to authorities, reviews, WhatsApp, Calendly and other services are provided for convenience. Their content, availability and data handling follow their own arrangements. A link does not imply ownership or guarantee their content.

Our Privacy policy explains website data handling. Using the website or these terms does not provide blanket consent for marketing or optional tracking.

Responsibility and legal rights

Use general information with care appropriate to your decision. DuVolks does not control an authority's independent decision or an external website's content. Responsibility for paid work is addressed in the engagement and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes a duty, liability, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms do not impose a blanket financial cap on liability.

Law, concerns and changes

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to mandatory protections applicable to a user or transaction. The competent forum is determined under applicable law; these terms do not require overseas users to waive mandatory local rights.
