    Your brand / Saudi Arabia

    Trademark services
    in Saudi Arabia.

A name you are building. A mark your customers recognise. DuVolks helps with trademark searches, registration, renewals and objections. Start with your brand and where things stand.

Fees quoted after reviewing your requirements. The work and costs are agreed before you proceed.

Three distinctive paper forms, with a bright lime fold in the central form.

01 / Your mark, your starting point

A first idea. Or a brand already in use.

Choose the support you need. These are separate services, not a compulsory four-step package.

    01

    Trademark searches

Help searching for relevant trademark records and reviewing the findings for your proposed mark and goods or services.

    Explore a new mark

Tell us the exact mark and the goods or services it will identify. We agree the search scope and review the findings with you before discussing a registration application.

A search informs the next step; it does not guarantee registration.

    02

    Trademark registration

Help preparing and following up the agreed Saudi application. We clarify the applicant details, mark and goods or services before proceeding.

    Prepare an application

Start with the mark, proposed applicant and goods or services. We review what is needed and agree the application work and fee.

    See what to prepare
    03

    Trademark renewals

Help with the renewal of an existing Saudi trademark registration. Start with the certificate or registration reference and expiry date.

    Renew an existing mark

Bring the registration reference, registered owner and protection expiry date. We check the current position before confirming the renewal work and costs.

    04

    Trademark objections

Help reviewing the matter, organising supporting information and preparing the agreed objection-related work and follow-up.

    Respond to an objection

Tell us what is being objected to, the application or registration involved, and any notice or response date. We review the type and stage of the matter before agreeing the support.

Do not assume that an objection, an infringement complaint and a court case follow the same route.

A renewal or response date approaching? Mention it in your first enquiry. Do not wait for every document.

    02 / A distinction worth making

A search is not a registration.

    01 / Search findings

    Inform the next decision.

    02 / Application

    Start the authority’s process.

    03 / Registration

    A separate outcome.

    The authority makes the decision.

The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) administers Saudi trademark services. DuVolks provides support; we are not SAIP and do not guarantee approval or a particular outcome.

    This page is about trademarks.

Patents, copyright, brand design, international filings and court representation are not included in this service description. Any further work needs a separate scope review.

    03 / A clear working process

    Your brand.
    A considered next step.

Start with the exact mark and the work you need. We clarify the scope, information and approvals before proceeding.

A search result, a submitted application and a completed registration are different stages. We keep the current stage clear.

    1. 01

      Understand the starting point

Review the mark, applicant or owner, goods or services and any existing reference or notice.

    2. 02

      Agree the work and costs

Confirm the service, information needed, separate charges and what follow-up is included.

    3. 03

      Prepare and proceed

Clarify missing information and obtain your approval for the agreed work. Confirm any authorisation needed before submission.

    4. 04

      Keep the next action visible

Explain the search findings, application status or response received, and identify any decision, payment or follow-up still needed.

    04 / Understand the fees

    Review the requirement.
    Then agree the fee.

Fees quoted after reviewing your requirements. A search, registration, renewal and objection can involve different work; we do not present them as one fixed package.

Tell us the mark, goods or services, current stage and any deadline. We use those details to prepare the scope and quote.

05 / Make the first conversation useful

    Four starting points.
    Bring what you have.

You do not need a complete application pack to make an enquiry. Tell us what you know and what is missing.

Use this list for your own preparation. Nothing is sent to DuVolks.

Ticks reset when you refresh. Print or save a copy to keep them.

Your trademark enquiry / Four starting points

    What can you bring together?

Do not share passwords or verification codes. Access and document sharing are agreed separately. We confirm the exact records required for your work.

    Before you begin

    A few useful answers.

General starting points. The right next step depends on your mark and the matter in front of you.

Does a search guarantee that my mark can be registered?

No. A search helps inform the next step; registration is a separate process involving examination and, where applicable, publication and objections. We do not promise an approval.

Do I need to know the trademark class?

No. Start by describing the goods or services associated with your mark. We review the relevant classification with you when scoping the work.

Can you renew a mark you did not originally register?

Share the registration reference, owner and expiry date. We review the record and any authorisation needed before confirming the renewal work.

What do you need for an objection?

Start with the mark, relevant application or registration, what is being challenged and any notice or due date. We review the type and stage of the matter before confirming the work. Court representation is not included in this page's scope.

How long will the work take?

It depends on the service, readiness of information and the authority's process. We discuss the expected next steps after review, without guaranteeing an approval date or outcome.

Are official fees included in your quote?

The quote will distinguish our service fee from official charges and any additional costs. Check the agreed scope before proceeding; do not assume all stages or further responses are included.

What if a deadline is close?

Tell us the exact date and what it relates to in your first enquiry. We must review the matter before confirming what we can take on. An enquiry does not extend a deadline.

Where can I check the official services?

Use SAIP's official guidance for current procedures. We confirm what is relevant to your matter before agreeing our support.
