    Tax support for your business

    Tax & ZATCA services
    in Saudi Arabia.

From VAT registration and tax returns to e-invoicing and ZATCA queries. DuVolks helps with VAT, Zakat, Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and withholding tax. Tell us what needs attention; we agree the work before it begins.

A filing, response or integration date approaching? Tell us at the start, even if your records are not ready.

A precise ivory paper fold reveals a bright lime layer beneath.

    01 / Find your service

Start with the work in front of you.

A registration, a return, an invoicing system or a notice. We agree which work you need.

ZATCA is the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. DuVolks provides support; we are not the authority.

    01 / VAT

    VAT registration & filing

Help with VAT registration and returns for your reporting period. Registration is separate work from recurring filing.

    Registering, or preparing a return?

    View the filing fees
    Where to start

Tell us the return period, its due date and whether the records are complete. Our filing fee uses the transaction count for that entire reporting period.

    See VAT-filing fees

For VAT registration, tell us about the business and its sales. For withholding tax, describe the payment, recipient and any filing period involved. We review the requirement before agreeing the work.

    02 / Zakat

    Zakat support

Help with your business's Zakat requirements. Start with the financial period, registration details and available accounts.

Which year and records need review?

    Discuss your Zakat work
    Where to start

Start with your company details, ownership, financial year and latest accounts. We review the requirement with you before confirming the work and fee.

    03 / CIT

    Corporate Income Tax

Help with your company's income tax requirements. Ownership, business circumstances and financial records inform the review.

What is your company's tax position?

    Discuss your CIT work
    Where to start

Start with your company details, ownership, financial year and latest accounts. We review the requirement with you before confirming the work and fee.

    04 / Withholding tax

    Withholding Tax (WHT)

Support with withholding-tax requirements and filings. Start with the payment details, recipient, contracts and relevant period.

    Does a payment need checking?

    Discuss withholding tax
    Where to start

For VAT registration, tell us about the business and its sales. For withholding tax, describe the payment, recipient and any filing period involved. We review the requirement before agreeing the work.

    05 / E-invoicing

    E-invoicing setup & integration

Help with Fatoorah setup and integration. We review your invoicing system and applicable requirements before agreeing the technical work.

Which system and stage are you at?

    Discuss your invoicing system
    Where to start

Tell us which invoicing software you use and whether you have received a ZATCA integration notice. We review the system, requirements and any target date before agreeing the setup work.

    06 / Queries & assessments

    ZATCA query & assessment support

Help reviewing a query or assessment, organising supporting records and preparing the agreed response and follow-up.

What does the notice ask for?

    Discuss the notice
    Where to start

Start with the notice, the period it concerns and the response deadline. We help review the issue and supporting records, then agree the response and follow-up work. No assessment outcome is guaranteed.

Have a notice or an approaching deadline?

Tell us the date first—even if the records are not ready. An enquiry does not extend a deadline.

    Discuss the requirement

02 / Keep the work clear

Your books. Your return. Your payment.

    01 / The records

    Your books

The records behind the figures. Catch-up bookkeeping is separately reviewed and quoted.

    Accounting support
    02 / The submission

    Your return

The information for the relevant reporting period. Filing does not automatically include correcting the underlying accounts.

    03 / The amount due

    Your payment

Any tax or Zakat payable to ZATCA is separate from our service fee.

Accounts and returns are different work.

Monthly bookkeeping is priced separately. A filing service does not automatically include reconstructing or correcting the underlying accounts.

    Confirm any additional work.

Registration, withholding tax, e-invoicing and query support are scoped separately from VAT filing. Amendments or further follow-up are included only where agreed.

    03 / Understand the fees

    The service fee.
    Separate from what you owe.

Agree the work and its cost before it begins.

Published service fees exclude VAT. VAT filing is included for monthly accounting subscribers; per-return fees apply to standalone work. Tax or Zakat payable to ZATCA is separate.

Standalone VAT filing / Per return

A fee for the reporting period.

Count transactions across the whole return period—not just one month.

Transactions in the return period · fees excluding VAT

    0–50transactions
    SAR 350Per return
    51–100transactions
    SAR 750Per return

Over 100 transactions? We review the volume and quote separately.

    Discuss your VAT return

    Other tax & ZATCA work

    Fees confirmed after review.

Zakat, CIT, VAT registration, withholding tax, e-invoicing and query or assessment support are quoted for the agreed work.

What helps us scope the work

    • The company and its ownership.
    • The service, financial period and relevant deadline.
    • The accounts and supporting records available.
    • Any notices, previous filings or invoicing-system requirements.

We confirm our fee and any software, subscription or third-party costs before you proceed. These services are not included in the published VAT-filing fee.

    Discuss the scope and fee
What counts as a transaction for the VAT-filing fee?

The service-fee count includes bank entries, sales entries and purchase entries. Each entry counts towards the total—not just each invoice. We confirm the count when reviewing your records.

This is how our service fee is banded, not a rule for calculating VAT due. Use the entire return reporting period.

Missing or incomplete books? Catch-up bookkeeping is separate and quoted after review. See monthly accounting.

    Start with the requirement.

05 / Make the first conversation useful

Four things to have in mind.

    What can you bring together?

Do not share passwords or verification codes. Access and document sharing are agreed separately. The exact records needed depend on the work.

    Before you begin

    A few useful answers.

General information to help you start the conversation—not a tax assessment of your business.

Is VAT filing included in monthly accounting?

Yes. VAT preparation and filing are included for monthly accounting subscription clients. The per-return fees shown here apply to standalone VAT work and exclude VAT.

    See accounting scope
Is my VAT return monthly or quarterly?

VAT filing periods can be monthly or quarterly. Check the period assigned to your business rather than assuming a monthly cycle. Changing the filing period requires ZATCA approval.

    ZATCA: filing periods ↗
Are Zakat and Corporate Income Tax the same?

No. They are different obligations. Ownership is relevant to income tax treatment; do not select a return from the company name alone. We start by reviewing the company details and requirement with you.

    ZATCA: income tax overview ↗
Does your fee cover the amount due to ZATCA?

No. Our fee pays for the agreed service. Any tax or Zakat due, and any penalties or other amounts payable to the authority, are separate. We do not promise a particular tax outcome.

What if a deadline is close or has already passed?

Tell us the exact period, deadline and any notice at the start. We need to review the situation before confirming what we can take on. An enquiry does not extend a deadline.

Can I start without sending documents?

Yes. Begin with the business details, service, period and due date. We agree an appropriate way to share records after that. Never send account passwords or verification codes in an enquiry.

Does e-invoicing support include software costs?

Not automatically. We review your current system and agree the setup or integration work. Any software licence, subscription, third-party charge or ongoing support is identified separately in the agreed scope.

Can you help with a ZATCA assessment?

Yes. We review the notice and records with you, then agree the response and follow-up support. This does not promise a reduced assessment or penalty cancellation. Legal opinions, formal appeal representation and litigation are not included in this service description.

Where can I check the official requirements?

Use ZATCA's own guidance and your registered account for the relevant return and financial period. Requirements can differ by return type. Our service fees are separate from the authority's services.
