NATIONAL ADDRESS
Keep your location on record.
Register the business address
Link the correct business to its actual premises. SPL’s official business address is used in formal communications and business transactions.
Update after a move
Amend the location when the business relocates. Check the registered building and address details rather than reusing an old proof.
Get proof. Check renewal.
Obtain the current address proof when requested. Review the business subscription and renew when due; these are separate actions.

Use a PO Box if needed
A PO Box receives mail at a postal location. It is a separate subscription—not a substitute for identifying the business premises.

GET ACCESS
Use the right business account.
SPL lists a Commercial Registration and an SPL Online account for its business address service. Follow the current verification and authorisation steps.
SPL also describes an address-registration route through the Saudi Business Center during CR issuance. Confirm the route available for your record.
Understand SBCPREPARE FOR THE SERVICE
Have the location ready.
- New address: correct business details, actual location and building information.
- Moving: existing record and accurate new premises details.
- Proof or renewal: correct address record, subscription status and the proof requested by the receiving service.
Address registration does not settle lease or licensing requirements. Keep identity checks and approvals under the authorised user’s control; do not send passwords or one-time codes through an enquiry.

Address fees are not shipping fees.
Published National Address references—not a quote for every record. Confirm the current charge and VAT treatment before payment.

SPL publishes a first-year exemption for new establishments and companies. Confirm your eligibility; it does not mean all services are free.
Renewal credit is not cash.
Eligible renewals through SPL can add postal wallet credit, usable within the subscription period. Check the current offer and eligible services.
SPL’s public tariff still uses main/subsidiary-record categories. Confirm how your current business record is billed. PO Box, shipping and DuVolks assistance fees are separate.
