    Costs and common delays

    • Budget for: the work permit, labour levy, Iqama, medical, insurance and any professional fees. Ask for an itemised quote showing government, provider and DuVolks charges.
    • If there is an error: check the work permit in Qiwa, the medical result with the centre, or insurance with the insurer. Ask the relevant authority to correct identity errors. Check the message before paying again.
    • Timing: allow time for medical results, insurance and payments to appear in the system. Missing or incorrect records will delay issuance.
