WHAT IS THE CHAMBER? / BUSINESS SUPPORT

    Your business.
    Your Chamber.

A Chamber of Commerce supports the business community in its area. Its portal helps members manage their Chamber record and request services such as commercial-document attestation.

Your regional Chamber provides the services. It is not the Ministry of Commerce’s company-registration portal.

Riyadh is our example. The services below refer to Riyadh Chamber’s My Business portal (Aamali). Use your own Chamber’s rules and available services.

    WHO IS IT FOR?

The business—and the people authorised to act.

This is a business-membership service, not a personal employment account.

    Owners & eligible managers

People responsible for the establishment’s membership, business details and main account. Eligibility depends on the Chamber’s rules and the recorded role.

    Authorised business users

People handling permitted tasks for the business. Riyadh’s guidance reserves user and permission management for the main account.

    WHAT IS IT FOR?

Manage the membership. Handle the document.

Choose the service you need—not every document needs Chamber attestation.

    YOUR BUSINESS RECORD

    Keep membership usable.

    Membership & certificate

Check subscription status and obtain the business’s membership certificate. Confirm any renewal requirement or exemption.

    Business details & users

Update establishment information and manage authorised users or delegates through the available permissions.

    Wallet & payments

Recharge the Riyadh Chamber wallet by any amount you choose. A top-up adds wallet credit; it is separate from membership renewal and individual service charges. You can also review refund requests and account statements.

    YOUR DOCUMENT REQUEST

    Prepare it. Check the result.

    Letters & attestations

Request attestation using an available template or open-letter service. An open letter can require Chamber review.

    Business introduction & linked requests

Obtain an establishment introduction letter, or use a supported authority-request service. Check the exact document and recipient.

    Verify a Chamber document

Use the Chamber’s verification facility for an issued electronic document. The recipient still decides whether it meets their requirements.

Riyadh also lists commercial-competition permits and certificates of origin for re-export. These are specific services with their own conditions—not general permission to trade or export.

    WHAT DOES ATTESTATION MEAN?

    A document service—not blanket approval.

Start with what the receiving organisation actually asks for.

    Prepare

Correct wording, recipient and authorised signatory.

    Request attestation

Use the relevant Chamber service and follow its review.

    Verify & present

Check the issued result and the recipient’s conditions.

Chamber attestation does not replace company registration, an activity licence or any separate authentication the recipient requires. Do not assume every bank or visa procedure needs it.

    ACCESS & PREPARATION

Get access separately from preparing a letter.

Keep identity verification and approvals under the authorised person’s control.

    MEMBERSHIP & ACCOUNT

    Start with your Chamber record.

    • Confirm the business’s Chamber, membership number and status.
    • Use the official portal’s registration or sign-in route.
    • Check main-user eligibility, then assign only the permissions each user needs.

Current identity checks and activation steps need confirmation with the relevant Chamber. Do not assume all regions use the same login.

    FOR AN ATTESTATION REQUEST

    Prepare the actual document.

    • The recipient, purpose and requested wording or form.
    • Accurate business and authorised signatory details.
    • The selected service’s reference and supporting evidence, if requested.

These are document-preparation checks—not a universal account-registration checklist. Do not send passwords or one-time codes through an enquiry.

    COSTS

Membership and document fees are separate.

Riyadh Chamber standard attestation pricing is shown below. Membership and other services have their own charges; check the amount for your transaction.

    BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP

    Category-based annual charge

Riyadh publishes annual membership categories. Your record and any applicable exemption determine the charge—not one flat fee for every business.

    Riyadh membership guidance

    RIYADH / STANDARD DOCUMENT ATTESTATION

    SAR 35 per document

Including VAT. DuVolks-confirmed standard attestation charge. Membership renewal and other services are separate; check the selected transaction before paying.

    Published service guidance

Wallet recharge: Add any amount you choose. This is wallet credit—not an additional attestation fee or membership renewal.

DuVolks assistance is a separate agreed service. It does not replace Chamber fees, signatory authority or the receiving organisation’s requirements.

    DUVOLKS / PRACTICAL SUPPORT

    Make the next step clear.

Tell us the task and where you are in the process. We can discuss the relevant records, coordination and follow-up within an agreed scope.

    Clear responsibilities.

You retain control of identity verification and approvals. Government decisions, professional representation and third-party services remain subject to their own rules.

    Official references and scope

Official indexed Riyadh Chamber and Ministry pages rechecked on 19 October 2026. DuVolks confirmed Riyadh standard attestation at SAR35 per document including VAT and wallet recharge by any amount on 19 October 2026. Some direct page requests failed; live access steps, other fees and their VAT treatment, and individual exemption eligibility remain unverified. Some dynamic or unavailable service pages could not be fully checked. No signed-in account, application or payment flow was tested. Current instructions and charges take precedence.
