Investment registration
Regular investment registration (MISA) applies to the relevant foreign-investment route. Entrepreneur investment registration (MISA) is shown only for an eligible supported startup.
* MISA is currently not collecting registration fees, based on DuVolks’ current processing experience. Subject to further notice from MISA. The reference fee is excluded from the budget; any fee subsequently requested is payable.
Terminology & sources
Investment registration replaces the former MISA licensing process. Commercial registration uses annual confirmation, not CR renewal.
